1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 3333bk platform, clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, depositing funds, or using any feature of the service, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and 3333bk with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.

3333bk reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 3333bk will post the updated Terms on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 3333bk platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active 3333bk account, you must at all times satisfy the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account;
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited;
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 3333bk or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or software suppliers;
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, not on behalf of a third party or as a professional gambler acting through a syndicate;
• You do not already hold another active 3333bk account. Only one account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method is permitted;
• You have not previously been excluded or permanently banned from the 3333bk platform;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

3333bk reserves the right to request identity verification documentation — including but not limited to national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence — at registration, upon first withdrawal, or at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the time period specified by 3333bk may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 3333bk services — including deposits, wagering, withdrawals, and VIP program participation — you must register a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

When registering, you will be required to provide the following:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document;
• A valid email address that you own and have exclusive access to;
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number for account verification and two-factor authentication;
• Your date of birth, confirming you are aged 18 or above;
• A secure password of your choosing, subject to 3333bk's minimum complexity requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 3333bk will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 3333bk support team immediately via 24/7 live chat so that appropriate protective measures can be taken. 3333bk cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the member failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or to notify us in a timely manner.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

3333bk supports a comprehensive range of payment methods designed specifically for Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), denoted by the ৳ symbol.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on the 3333bk platform is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 3333bk, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly in the majority of cases. 3333bk does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which 3333bk accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• The withdrawal method must be the same as the deposit method used in the most recent funding transaction, to the extent practicable;
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for verified accounts. Platinum-tier VIP members are eligible for a 15-minute priority withdrawal guarantee; Diamond and Black Diamond members receive same-session priority processing;
• 3333bk does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your own responsibility.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): 3333bk operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. Any account exhibiting suspicious transaction patterns — including structured deposits designed to avoid verification thresholds, rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles with minimal wagering activity, or use of multiple payment methods in a manner inconsistent with normal play — may be flagged for enhanced due diligence review. 3333bk reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation and to suspend or close accounts where satisfactory documentation cannot be provided.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

3333bk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to its members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, seasonal promotional offers, and VIP loyalty cashback. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each individual offer. The general rules set out in this section apply to all promotional offers unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.

Wagering Requirements: Most deposit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms. 3333bk's VIP weekly cashback is an exception to this rule — cashback credited under the VIP loyalty program is paid as real-money balance with no wagering requirements attached.

Bonus Abuse: 3333bk takes bonus abuse seriously. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and may result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account suspension, or permanent closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Coordinating with other members to place opposing wagers (known as "matched betting") to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk;
• Exploiting promotional terms in a manner that is clearly inconsistent with the spirit of the offer;
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in relation to any promotion;
• Providing false information to claim a promotion you would otherwise be ineligible for.

Promotional Validity: All promotions have an expiry date or validity period, which will be clearly stated in the individual offer terms. Unused bonus funds or free spins that have not been activated or fully wagered before the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation. 3333bk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to void any bonus credits that were claimed as a result of a technical error or display error on the platform.

VIP Cashback: Weekly VIP cashback is calculated every Monday based on net losses from the preceding seven-day period (Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 BST, UTC+6). Cashback is credited to your real-money account balance by 18:00 BST on Monday. The applicable cashback percentage is determined by your VIP tier at the time of calculation. Cashback credited in error — for example, as a result of reversed or disputed transactions — may be reclaimed by 3333bk from your account balance.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3333bk platform. Engaging in any of the following behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any subsequent point;
• Identity fraud: Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials to access or fund an account;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market;
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to interact with the platform in a manner not expressly permitted by 3333bk;
• Exploitation of technical errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, display errors, or glitches to place wagers or claim winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are void;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in respect of any deposit made to your 3333bk account without first contacting 3333bk support to resolve the issue;
• Money laundering: Using the 3333bk platform to launder funds derived from illegal activity;
• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player under the age of 18, or allowing a person under the age of 18 to access your account;
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward any 3333bk staff member or other member of the platform community.

3333bk's fraud detection and risk management systems operate continuously. Accounts flagged by these systems may be subject to temporary holds on withdrawals pending investigation. 3333bk will endeavour to complete any such investigation within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to the member concerned.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

3333bk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the specified timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Discovery that the account holder has registered a duplicate account in violation of the one-account policy;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from the account holder's payment provider;
• A request from a regulatory, law enforcement, or financial intelligence authority;
• The account holder's own request to close the account or initiate self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

In the event of account closure at 3333bk's initiative due to confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited. In cases where the account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach (for example, at the member's own request or as part of a self-exclusion), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3333bk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the 3333bk platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of goodwill or reputation;
• Any losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures outside 3333bk's reasonable control;
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a technical or display error.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 3333bk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Platform Availability: 3333bk strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to members in advance where practicable. Emergency maintenance or unscheduled outages may occur without notice. 3333bk shall not be liable for any losses — including losses on open bets or in-progress game sessions — arising from such outages. In the event that a technical failure demonstrably causes an in-progress wager to be voided or incorrectly settled, 3333bk will investigate and make reasonable efforts to restore the affected position, but this is not guaranteed in all circumstances.

Governing Principles: These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of fair play, transparency, and member protection that underpin 3333bk's operating standards. 3333bk is committed to resolving all member disputes fairly and in a timely manner. Members with unresolved complaints are encouraged to escalate via the 3333bk support escalation process, details of which are available from the support team.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the 3333bk platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3333bk with respect to your use of the service. No other representations, warranties, or commitments — whether oral or written — shall have any legal effect unless expressly incorporated into these Terms.
